Support Dynamic Version Overrides
Ensure version overrides are parsed consistently in ProjectMeta. When build_project_meta(…, overrides={“version”: …}) is used, re-run the version parsing after applying the override so major, minor, patch, build, and release_string match the overridden version. This allows projects with dynamically resolved versions to pass the final version into cikit through the existing overrides mechanism.
Add GitHub Actions Provider Support
Implement a GitHubProvider with provider detection, project/pipeline metadata, branch and commit information, and GitHub Actions log grouping where applicable.
Add Python Build Script Support with Build Report
Add a reusable Python build macro/command for project-specific build scripts. Capture build duration, warnings/errors, produced build artifacts and logs, and integrate the results into the existing generic build report.
Add doxygen support
Add doxygen macro and a sphinx integration.
